Any undergraduate, graduate students, and recent grads (within 5 years out of your program) are eligible.

We welcome participants of all experience levels! We will have mentors to provide feedback and guidance. We will also share resources and documentation for teams to get up to speed.

Attendance is FREE! Just register to join.

Teams will officially check-in and register together on Friday, March 14th. You can use Devpost or join us in person on Friday to find fellow team members. Teams must be finalized by Friday night at 11PM.

A team can have 2 - 5 members. You are not allowed to compete solo.
-
At least one team member must check in at Georgetown University on Friday to confirm participation.
However, we require that the majority of your team is there on Sunday, March 16th to pitch your project during the demo fair.
For example, if you have a team of 4 or 5 people, then at least 3 must come in-person on Sunday. In a team of 3 people, at least 2 must be there. In a team of 2 people, both must be there.

Check-in starts at 5PM on Friday and will remain open until we close the doors that night (11PM).

No, the event does not include overnight stay. We adhere to the venue's official closing hours for safety reasons, and participants must arrange their own overnight accommodations.

Finalists will be evaluated by a panel of experts and faculty based on several key criteria, including technical vigor, clinical validity, business viability.

No, all teams must choose from one of the seven official cases provided by our team. Projects outside these topics will not be eligible for competition.
